Missio Systems Privacy Notice
Effective July 27, 2026 · Version 1.1
The site is operated by Missio Media LLC dba Missio Systems, a Delaware limited liability company. This notice explains how we handle information through missiosystems.ai and related pages that link to this notice.
Information we collect
Information you provide
When you submit an inquiry, we collect:
- your name;
- work email;
- company;
- primary need;
- the additional details you enter in the free-text field;
- the time and status of the submission; and
- a receipt identifier created for the inquiry.
Information collected automatically
The site host may process request, device, browser, Internet Protocol address, referrer, performance, and security information needed to deliver pages and maintain the service.
We do not use a first-party analytics package, advertising technology, or cross-site tracking in this release.
Sources and purposes
We receive information directly from you, from your browser or device, and from the providers that host the site, keep the inquiry record, and support business email.
We use the information to:
- validate, secure, and record an inquiry;
- prevent spam, fraud, and abuse;
- evaluate fit, conflicts, and next steps;
- prepare and send a human-reviewed reply;
- keep business, legal, and security records;
- diagnose failures and maintain reliability; and
- comply with law or protect rights, safety, and the service.
Where a law requires a stated legal basis, the bases are steps you ask us to take before a possible agreement, our legitimate interests in operating a secure B2B inquiry process and evaluating fit, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where a specific optional use requires it. We do not use consent as a condition for unrelated marketing.
Providers and recipients
We use:
- Vercel to host the intended public site and run the server-side intake;
- Attio as the governed inquiry and prospect system of record; and
- Google Workspace to prepare and send human-reviewed replies.
We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or syndicate inquiries. We disclose information only to the providers above for the stated purposes, professional advisers when necessary, a successor in a business transaction subject to appropriate protections, or a government or other party when law requires it or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the service.
Submission confirmation and marketing
The on-page receipt confirms only that the system accepted a transmission. It is not marketing, acceptance of an engagement, a promise to respond by a particular time, or creation of a confidential, attorney-client, advisory, fiduciary, or client relationship.
We do not send automatic prospect marketing, newsletters, remarketing, or advertising from this intake. A response is drafted and reviewed before it is sent. If that changes, we will add a separate optional, unchecked choice and update this notice before the first message.
Retention
We use the following retention schedule:
- an inquiry not accepted for follow-up: 90 days after receipt;
- an accepted prospect: 24 months after the last meaningful activity;
- Missio-controlled receipt, rate-limit, and security records: 30 days;
- inquiry and reply email records: the schedule applicable to the underlying inquiry; and
- a record governed by a signed client agreement: the period in that agreement and Missio's approved business-record schedule.
Information may be kept longer when required by law, a legal hold, the defense of a claim, or a documented security investigation. Provider-controlled logs may follow the provider's contractual retention period.
Do not send sensitive or confidential material
Do not send protected health information, patient records, account credentials, passwords, security keys, trade secrets, production data, source code, export-controlled information, or other regulated or confidential material through the site or an initial inquiry.
An inquiry is not a confidential channel. Missio Media LLC is not a law firm. If sensitive information is needed to evaluate or perform work, the parties must first agree in writing on an appropriate method and scope. Missio's standing engagement boundary does not permit client credentials, client production access, patient records, or regulated client data to enter Missio systems.
If you believe sensitive information was submitted by mistake or that information handled through the site was involved in a security incident, contact contact@missiosystems.ai with the subject Privacy or security
. Do not include the sensitive information again.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to provide, correct, or delete information you submitted by emailing contact@missiosystems.ai. We may need to verify the request and may retain limited information when law, a legal hold, a signed agreement, or the defense of a claim requires it.
Because we do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, there is no sale or targeted-advertising opt-out to exercise in this release. We do not respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals because we do not conduct cross-site tracking.
The site is directed to business representatives and is not intended for children under 18. Do not submit information about a child.
Cookies and similar technologies
This release does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The site may use strictly necessary storage or short-lived tokens to secure the form, balance requests, or preserve a submission state. Those technologies are not used for advertising.
United States launch and cross-border processing
Missio currently markets its services to organizations in the United States. Public information may be accessible elsewhere, but accessibility does not mean that Missio actively offers an engagement in every country.
The providers named above may process information in the United States and other locations where they and their subprocessors operate. When applicable, their data-processing terms use recognized transfer mechanisms.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information in proportion to its nature and the service. Access to the inquiry record is limited to people with an operating need. No Internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. The safest control is data minimization: do not place sensitive or confidential material in an initial inquiry.
Changes
We may update this notice when the data flow, providers, law, or operating practice changes. A material change applies prospectively. The effective date and version at the top show when the notice changed.
